The challenge involved developing a project for 48 acres at Victory Crossing in Commerce City, near Dick's Sporting Goods Park, aimed at transforming the area into a vibrant civic campus. The competition began in January, with final judging held on May 2, 2024. Now, the Commerce City Council is moving forward with plans to bring the development to life, starting in 2025.
